Do you charge a call-out fee?
You'll know the price before any work starts — the number we give you is the number you pay. No hidden call-out surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Fibre Electrics holds a current WA Electrical Contractor's licence (EC number listed in the footer) and carries full public liability insurance. You can verify any EC licence at wa.gov.au.
How fast can you get here for an emergency?
The emergency line is answered 24/7 and urgent faults get priority. Call and we'll give you a realistic arrival window for your suburb straight away.
Do you provide an Electrical Safety Certificate?
Yes — where required for electrical installation work, we provide an Electrical Safety Certificate within 28 days of completion. Some maintenance and like-for-like replacement work may be exempt.
Can you bring my switchboard up to current RCD requirements?
Yes — WA requires a minimum of two RCDs before a property can be sold or rented. We upgrade old fuse boards and ceramic switchboards to modern, fully RCD-protected boards that meet current standards.
